Auditions are primarily for performer positions: Using skills learned in a choreographed routine for performances and competitions with the Show Band.

Non-Performer positions available: 
All non-performers will learn foundational skills in equipment and dance alongside the performers. They will also be allowed to learn show choreography as time/space permits. This will allow them to grow and strengthen and if they choose, audition for a performer position for the winter season.

- Team/Equipment Manager: Work alongside leaders and staff to ensure equipment is accounted for, properly stored, in good working condition, keep track of inventory, help set up/break down props during rehearsals and competitions, help with communication whether verbal or with paperwork. Additional tasks may be added as needed. They are required to attend auditions and all rehearsals & competitions unless otherwise directed.

- Media Management: Work alongside leaders and staff in creating content for website and/or social media platforms. They will record videos, take photos during rehearsals and events using personal cell phone and/or camera. They will also take notes over what was done in rehearsals/events in order to produce written correspondence, design flyers and/or posters for sharing online and/or printable marketing. Additional tasks may be added as needed. They are required to attend auditions and all rehearsals & competitions unless otherwise directed.
